Construction Update for the Week of July 9, 2018

Top Activities This Week

• Area A masonry walls in progress. Aerial Photo of BSHS Construction Site
• Area F1 upper level CMU walls in progress.
• D1 glass install complete, moving into area C frame install.
• Brick install on area C east courtyard side is complete.
• E2 Structural steel erection in progress.
• Roofing in progress on area C.
• Chillers in D2 and all transformers installed.
• Summer work on schedule.

Upcoming Activities

• Continue MEP rough in areas B, C, and D1 upper level.Aerial Photo of BSHS Construction Site
• Brick install around the C south moving towards B north.
• Area E1 slab pour, along with the mud mat in the main gym.
• Complete upper level F1 CMU and move to area E1.
• Roof joist and deck install on F1 and F2 locker areas.

Trivia of the Week
There is just over 50,000 square foot of slabs left to pour at BSHS in the main building.

This page is dedicated to providing updates on the construction of the new Boiling Springs High School and the relocation of the Boiling Springs High School 9th Grade Campus to the existing BSHS facility.  The project is set to be completed during the 2020-21 school year.
